The library does not offer tutoring for children. You can contact your local school district for a list of approved tutors.

Summer and after-school programs are available through WSOS programs in Clyde Fostoria, and Fremont.

Adult basic literacy training through the Project Read Literacy Program. You can contact them at 419-334-6901, ext. 4701, or visit them at Technology Center, 1220 Cedar Street, Suite B, Fremont, Ohio.

ESOL Tutoring (English for speakers of other languages) is available through Vanguard Adult Education. Contact them at (419) 334-6901 for more information. When tutoring is not availble through Vanguard, you can get online tutoting at USALearns.org . They specialize in training for Spanish speakers.

GED Tutoring is offered through the ABLE/GED Vanguard Adult Education at (419) 334-6901.

LearningExpressLibrary, a service provided through the state of Ohio, is a website where free practice tests are available in GED, job training, workplace skills, citizenship, and ESOL. You will need a Birchard Public Library card to access the site.
