Birchard Public Library and
its three branches will use the Sandusky
County Snow Emergency Levels to determine
when to close the libraries.
Level I, Snow Alert -
The libraries will remain open but Outreach
and Courier services will be cancelled.
Level II, Snow Advisory -
The Director or the nearest person in the
chain of command will make a decision based
on his/her best judgment.
Level III, Snow Emergency -
The libraries will be closed.

Storytimes are cancelled when Level II and Level III snow emergencies
are declared in Sandusky County. **
