Eclipse Viewing Party for All Ages

Join us on Monday, August 21 any time from 10:00 AM to 3 PM to view the historic "Eclipse Across America". We'll start at 10:00 AM in our Main Library Meeting Room with a live stream from NASA, showing coverage of the eclipse from the International Space Station, other spacecraft, high altitude balloons and locations on the ground, with commentary from NASA scientists. We'll also have other activities and supplies on hand to make safe eclipse viewers. Weather permitting, we'll head out to view the partial eclipse in Fremont on the library lawn from 1:00-2:30PM. This program is open for all ages, and no registration is required.

Join us for a stress relieving evening of coloring, conversation, and refreshments in the Main Library Meeting Room.

German Spies in America, 1914-1918

Learn how German and German-American spy rings planned sabotage here at home bringing World War I to American soil from 1914-1918. Learn how German agents, generously funded through the German embassy, set off the largest terrorist explosion in New York City history in 1916 and used Anthrax as a weapon of war here in America.

The Crochet Connection

The next meeting of the Crochet Connection will be Tuesday, September 19 from 6:30-8:00 PM.

Come one, come all. All experience levels welcome! We all have something to learn and something to share.
Bring your own hooks and yarn and join us for an evening of crocheting fun.
