Birchard Library Association Foundation has created a capital campaign to raise money for the addition and renovation of the library.
The following five firms submitted Statements of Qualifications for the main library addition and renovation building project:

RFC Contracting
The SoQs from the five firms were independently evaluated by Library Board members. The following three firms, in alphabetical order, received the highest ratings from the Board and are now on the SHORTLIST:
